The online Service Request form provides another way to request your service. Click
either "Request Funeral Services" or "Special Event Services" from the menu bar to
the left. If you prefer, please feel free to contact us directly.
After you complete the form and press the Submit button, we are notified of your
interest. In order to ensure the highest level of professional service, we will contact
you and confirm the information you have provided.
IME makes every attempt to make services available, but in order to ensure the best
resources are provided. Since we operate on a first come first serve basis, we
encourage you to submit a request at the earliest opportunity.
